Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged Items & Returns
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.
